Full scholarships are awarded to selected students with high potential in their academic and extracurricular activities, as well as outstanding leadership qualities, who are sponsored to pursue their studies at top local universities in Cambodia. Students must be currently pursuing majors in business- and banking-related courses (business, banking, accounting, finance, economics, law, psychology, etc.) or digital-related courses (information technology, programming, data science, coding, creative design, information security, AI, etc.).

This fully funded scholarship will cover the full cost of tuition and enrolment fees, a laptop and related expenses, including book allowances, insurance coverage, and living allowances.

To be eligible for the Maybank Cambodia Scholarship Programme 2026, applicants must meet all the requirements below:

   •   Total gross household income must not exceed USD 24,000 per annum.

   •   Currently enrolled in 1st year or 2nd year (semester 1 only) undergraduate studies at selected local universities such as:

 - Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP)

 - Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE)

 - National University of Management (NUM) – local programme

 - Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC)

 - Norton University

 - University of Economics and Finance (UEF)

 - Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL)

 - SETEC Institute

 - Beltei International University

   •   Must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.

   •   Must not be more than 22 years of age.
