• Approval Letter of Registration

• Certificate of Registration/Business Registration/License/Permit

• Corporate Ownership Structure (if applicable)

• Copy of all IDs or passports of all partners

• Deed of Partnership, if available.

• Authorization Letter (Authorized Signatories for Account)

How to Apply

  • Certificate to Commence Business (for Public Companies Only)
  • Certificate of Incorporation / Notice of Registration (for Private Company)
  • Copy of License (where applicable)
  • Memorandum and Article of Association
  • Resolution of the Board of Directors to establish relationship with the bank.
  • Authorization or permit to conduct business
  • Authorization Letter (Authorized Signatories for Account)
  • Copy of all IDs or passports of all directors/shareholders and authorized signatories
  • Copy of all IDs or passports of Connected Parties/Beneficial Owners (If applicable)
