FOR INDIVIDUALS:
Cambodian Individual
• SPA
• A valid Cambodian ID/Passport of Depositor(s) and beneficiary(ies)
• All related transaction documents including Title Deeds (TDs) /soft and/or hard TDs references as stated in the SPA
• Letter of Power of Attorney, certified by Lawyer, if any
Foreign Individual
• Valid Passport
• Valid Visa of at least (182 days)
• Work Permit and letter of employment, or any documents to prove the customer is self-employed.
FOR CORPORATES:
• M&A, Patent, License, Certificate of Incorporation
• Service or Sales and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) or Contract of the Parties
• A valid Cambodian ID/Passport of Depositor(s)/Authorized Representative and beneficiary(ies)
• All related transaction documents including Title Deeds (TDs) / soft and/or hard TDs references as stated in the SPA
• Letter of Power of Attorney certified by Lawyer/ Board of Director meeting Resolution on SPA, if any
