Open iSAVE Account via M2U KH

Step 1: Open the ISAVE account Via M2U KH app or Maybank Pop Up or Maybank branches

Step 2: All ISAVE account’s holder must be update to full KYC

Step 3: Deposit and Maintain each incremental of average daily balance ADB” growth minimum USD 50 or KHR 200K and maintain the minimum month end balance (MEB) for the respectively month as required balance.

The iSAVE Account will automatically close if there is no any transaction for 60 days after account opening (zero balance).

1. The Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash or other kinds, whether in part or in full. Maybank reserves the right to review or make changes to the itinerary of the Grand Prize, where applicable. Visual(s) of the Grand Prize used in any advertisement, promotional, publicity and other.

2. One person can only win one prize each month; if we have duplicate winner within the same month, the bigger prize will be awarded to the customer and a re-draw will be conducted for the smaller prize

3. One person can win different monthly prizes in the different month; different quarterly prizes in the different quarter; and if a duplicate prize occurs, the prize will be canceled, and a re-draw will be conducted.

4. Within the campaign period, one person may win all type of prizes from the Monthly Prize Pool, all type of prizes from the Quarterly Prize Pool, and win the Grand Prize.

5. Maybank reserves the right to substitute the prize with another reward of similar value if deemed necessary.

6. Maybank staff is not eligible to participate in this lucky draw.

7. Notification For Customers:

- Winners will be contacted by Maybank’s Customer Contact Center following the lucky draw.

- If the winner cannot be reached, the respective business team or Relationship Manager (RM) will follow up.

- If the winner still cannot be contacted or does not respond within 30 days of the first contact, the prize will be forfeited, and a reserved winner will be selected.

- Winners are required to collect their prize at the location designated by Maybank Cambodia

- Customer Contact Centre or Respective Business Team are responsible for seeking customer consent for the name or identity publication on Maybank Facebook Page.

8.Once consent has been obtained from all winners, their names or anonymity (if requested) will be published on Maybank's Facebook Page.

1. By participating in the lucky draw, winners agree to allow Maybank to use their names, photos, and any other relevant details for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. Maybank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the lucky draw at any time without prior notice.
