Application requirement
Identity documents:
• National Identification Card (NID) or Passport for non-Cambodians.
• Family Book, Residence Book, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, or any valid document certified by a local authority.
Proof of loan purpose:
• Sale and Purchase Agreement of the property.
For Salary earners:
• Employment contract, employment confirmation or appointment letter.
• Last 3 to 6 months’ pay slips, bank statements and/or other relevant documents.
For Business owners:
• Proof that the business has been operating for more than 3 years.
• Valid business registration prior to loan disbursement.
• Last 2 years’ Profit and Loss statements.
• Other supporting documents (e.g., sales invoices, purchase invoices, or any valid proof).
• Bank statement or passbook (if applicable).
For Property rentals:
• Proof of property ownership.
• Valid leasing contract or rental agreement.
• Evidence of rental agreements (e.g., cheque copies or bank transfer records).
Terms and Conditions
- Customers are required to pay at least 10% to 20% of the Sale and Purchase Agreement value, and the bank will pay the remaining amount according to the Developer’s payment schedule.
- Fire Insurance must be purchased upon completion of construction.
