This promotion is valid until 30 November 2026 or until the allocated financing amount is fully utilized, whichever comes first.

- Individuals aged 20 years and above (Cambodian or foreigner) for business purpose
- Sole proprietorship
- Limited Companies
- Minimum 3 years of business operations or similar management experience of at least 3 years
