This offer is valid until 30 November 2026 or until the allocated financing amount is fully utilized, whichever comes first.

Standard Home Loan Package
- Financing margin: Up to 80% of the property value
Borey Peng Huoth Exclusive Package
- Eligible projects: All existing and newly launched Borey Peng Huoth projects
- Financing margin: Up to 90% of the property value for purchases below USD1 million, or up to 80% for purchases of USD1 million and above
Terms and Conditions
- Customers are required to pay at least 10% to 20% of the Sale and Purchase Agreement value, and the Bank will pay the remaining amount according to the Developer’s payment schedule.
- Fire insurance must be purchased upon completion of construction.
- Each housing loan facility is subject to the terms and conditions of Maybank (Cambodia) Plc.
