Eligibility
- All Maybank Credit Cardholders whose Choice of Reward is TreatsPoints are eligible to redeem.
- Redeemed gifts may be transferable subject to merchants and partners.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash or cashback.
How to redeem the TreatsPoint
To redeem the TreatsPoints:
- TreatsPoints (TP) redemption can be made by visiting the nearest Maybank branch to complete and submit the redemption form, or by contacting Maybank Customer Service at 098/099 888 028, or by sending an email to Maybank at cardcenter.mcp@maybank.com to process the redemption.
- Maybank will arrange for the redeemed items for the customer no later than 10 working days.
Note: Once the Redemption Request Form is received by Maybank, it STRICTLY CANNOT be revoked, canceled, returned, or exchanged.
