‘Tap, Track, Win’ is a feature designed to offer rewards through a tracker-based mechanism, where customers can earn up to USD 4 per month by completing activities such as check-ins, KHQR payments, bill payments, and mobile top-ups.

• The campaign is open to all new and existing customers with valid and active Maybank Savings and/or Current Accounts.
• Customers must successfully perform and complete the tracker requirements within any month during the promotion period to be eligible for cashback rewards from each tracker.

• To complete a tracker for a month, the customer must earn the required entries (eligible transactions) for that tracker within the relevant month.
• All entries earned by the customer within a month will only be valid for that particular month.
• All trackers will be refreshed on the first day of each month, and customers’ entries will be reset to zero.
• Cashback will be credited instantly and directly to the winner’s account.
• Winners will be informed through push notifications from the M2U KH App only. Kindly turn on your notifications to avoid missing important updates.
