TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Campaign Period: 3 months (1 January to 31 March 2017) or the issuance of 88 Lucky Red Packets (angpows), whichever earlier.
  2. This campaign is applicable to new Maybank Premier Wealth customers (meet eligibility requirements and qualifying criteria set by Maybank (Cambodia) Plc.), who sign up for a new Prestige Current Account with a minimum deposit of USD28,888 during the promotion period.
  3. All Maybank staff and immediate family members (spouse and children) are NOT entitled to participate in this campaign.
  4. The first 88 customers who sign up for Maybank PW Prestige Current Account during the promotion period will receive a Lucky Red Packet (angpow) on the spot. There will be a total of 88 Red Packets (angpows) consisting of different cash prizes ranging from USD38 to USD888.

  6. Deposits made shall only apply to fresh funds that are deposited into the eligible customer’s participating account(s) during the campaign period. Fresh funds refer to funds that do not originate from an existing account(s) with Maybank.
  7. Customers who receive the Lucky Red Packet upon their account opening with Maybank are required to maintain their account with Maybank for a minimum of 12 months after the date of account opening. For early account closure, the Lucky Red Packet amount won will be deducted from the customer’s account.
  8. Maybank shall have the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Campaign or being entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
  9. This Campaign is not valid in conjunction with other offers and promotions carried out by Maybank unless otherwise specified.
  10. In the event of any inconsistency including between these Terms and Conditions and any leaflet, marketing or promotional material relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Cambodia.
  12. The prevailing rules and regulations governing accounts and terms and conditions of Maybank Premier Wealth shall also apply.
