Eligibility:
- Applicable for funds transfer from Cambodia to any bank in Singapore in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and to any bank in Malaysia in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
- Applicable for both individual and non-individual customers.
Who Can Apply?
- Malaysian and Singaporean expatriates and foreign workers in Cambodia, remitting to Malaysia and/or Singapore respectively to cater for family subsistence, i.e. household bills, monthly expenses, school fees etc., and financial commitment, i.e. payment of loans and mortgage.
- Residents of Cambodia, remitting to non-residents in Malaysia and/or Singapore for the purpose of:
- -Payment of children’s living expenses i.e. food, transport, accommodation
- -Individual’s medical and personal needs
- Malaysian and Singaporean companies in Cambodia, who need to remit dividends or payments to parent company in Malaysia and Singapore respectively via inter-company transactions.
- Customers who have the underlying trade and services with Malaysia and Singapore.
Terms & Conditions
This promotion* is ONLY for customer who has account with Maybank.
- Remittance to Malaysia in MYR is allowed only if the Beneficiary is immediate family members as per Bank Negara Malaysia’s approval granted for Maybank.
- Remittance to Malaysia in MYR is allowed for Intercompany settlement as per Bank Negara Malaysia’s approval granted for Maybank.
- Please note that the relevant Inward Telegraphic Funds Transfer fees by the beneficiary banks will apply as follows:
- No Outward Fee charge* for funds transfer from Maybank (Cambodia) Plc to any Maybank branch in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Outward Fee charge of USD10 (individual customers and USD20 (non- individual customers) by Maybank (Cambodia) Plc if receiving bank is non-Maybank.
*This amount covers the agent bank charge (interbank charge). Any other inward charge by the beneficiary bank/agent is as determined by the beneficiary bank/agent.
