WHO CAN APPLY

  • Individual (Cambodian nationality only)
  • Joint applicants (Cambodian or whoever direct family is Cambodian nationality, maximum up to 6 applicants is allowed)
  • Borrower age must between 18 to 65 during loan period

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION SUBMISSION:

Identity documents:

  • National Identification Card (NID) or Passport
  • Family Book, Residential Book, Marriage Certification, Birth Certificate or any valid document certified by local authority

Proof of loan purpose:

  • Sale & purchase agreement of the property (if applicable), not required for pre-assessment without issuing of LO

Income evidences:

  • Salary earner
    • Employment contract, employment confirmation or appointment letter
    • Last 3 to 6 months pay-slips, bank statement and/or other relevant documents
  • Business owner
    • Proof of existing business >3 years
    • Valid business registration prior to loan release
    • Last 2 years Profit and Loss statement (please discuss with our BRE on requirement)
    • Other verification document (e.g. sales invoice, purchase invoice or any valid proof)
    • Banking statement or passbook (if applicable)
  • Property rental
    • Proof of property ownership
    • Valid leasing contract or rental agreement
    • Pay-check (if applicable)

CONDITIONS APPLIED BEFORE LOAN RELEASE:

  • Submission of Sell and Purchase Agreement (with Borey Peng Huoth)
  • Proof of 30% down payment paid to Borey Peng Huoth
  • Original Letter of Offer and Lending Agreement signed
  • Agreeable to convert soft-title deed to hard title upon completion of construction and available on hard title deed conversion (confirmed by Borey Peng Huoth)
  • Agreeable to purchase fire insurance policy after completion of property construction prior to handover
  • Agreeable to charge the property after hard title available and construction completed before expiry of master guarantee
