Key Responsibilities:

  • To market and process loans applications to generate maximum revenue and profitability, good credit assessment and regular review of portfolio.
  • To ensure high level of team performance and achievement of goals and targets set for the team.
  • To build total relationship with clients – solicit loans, deposits, trade finance and cash management services for existing and new clients
  •  Managing sales pipeline which include up selling and cross selling of bank related products and solutions.
  • Work with all product partners and other channels within Maybank to drive and deepen the wallet size and increase Maybank market share through tactical account planning.
  • To guide and mentor the more junior members of the team.

 
Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Banking/Finance/Economics or equivalent in related field
  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in banking or sales-related field.
  • Obtained high level of English proficiency in both writing and speaking skill.
  • Strong analytical skills in credit processing and negotiation skills.
  • Wide network of contacts in business community and is up-to-date with changing business trends and needs.
  • Proficiency in other languages like Mandarin and/or Japanese will be an added
