Key Responsibilities:
- Support Head, RSME & CF to delivery results both BAU & Initiative of Consumer Finance Segment
- Responsible and accountable to drive the consumer lending business growth
- Manage asset quality by maintained low NPL ratio below industry
- Support branches through provide guideline, training and coaching to BMs/BREs toward bank’s credit appetite (Maintain productivities & qualities)
- Champion consumer finance loan in relations to bank strategy
- Key driver for Camapigns / Makareting Activities of consumer products
- Credit Proposal for Corporate Project/Development Project
- Key driver/coordinator and relationship holder for internal stakeholder and external stakeholder on corporation program
- Monitoring of product performances under Consumer Finance segment
- Ensure the department's housekeeping, audit ratings are satisfactory through implementation of proper system/controls and Bank's requirement are complied with
- Ensure timely submission of returns/reports to Head Office and National Bank of Cambodia
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master in Finance & Banking/Business Management or equivalent in related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 year experiences in credit and marketing
- Proficient in English, both writing and speaking and in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. power point, excel).
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skill
- Independent, resourceful and able to deliver quality results with tight deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to engage with people at all level
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities
- Self-starter, result-oriented, a team player and highly organized
- High confidence and good communication skill
