Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Head, RSME & CF to delivery results both BAU & Initiative of Consumer Finance Segment
  • Responsible and accountable to drive the consumer lending business growth
  • Manage asset quality by maintained low NPL ratio below industry
  • Support branches through provide guideline, training and coaching to BMs/BREs toward bank’s credit appetite (Maintain productivities & qualities)
  • Champion consumer finance loan in relations to bank strategy
  • Key driver for Camapigns / Makareting Activities of consumer products
  • Credit Proposal for Corporate Project/Development Project
  • Key driver/coordinator and relationship holder for internal stakeholder and external stakeholder on corporation program
  • Monitoring of product performances under Consumer Finance segment
  • Ensure the department's housekeeping, audit ratings are satisfactory through implementation of proper system/controls and Bank's requirement are complied with
  • Ensure timely submission of returns/reports to Head Office and National Bank of Cambodia

 
Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Master in Finance & Banking/Business Management or equivalent in related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 year experiences in credit and marketing
  • Proficient in English, both writing and speaking and in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. power point, excel).  
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skill
  • Independent, resourceful and able to deliver quality results with tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Ability to engage with people at all level
  • Strong leadership and people development capabilities
  • Self-starter, result-oriented, a team player and highly organized
  • High confidence and good communication skill
