Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit Loan and Deposit growth by building up good rapport and relationship with customers.
  • Provide referral/potential customers to the Bank through marketing/liaising with customers.
  • Provide Trade Finance referral/potential customers to Trade Finance Ctr.
  • Solicit for Fee Based Income such as Remittance, ATM, MAS, MME, etc by building up and maintaining good rapport and relationship with customers.
  • Promote the sales of banking products by demonstrating and coaching the customers on the usage.
  • Monitor the banking operations of the branch and ensure that all activities run smoothly and within prescribed time and budgets.
  • Manage the day to day issues including discussing and resolving administrative or operational problems by meeting with staff.
  • Ensure that the credit files are properly filed and locked at all time and all retrieval and movement of such files are properly authorized and supervised.
  • Control and update the bank’s SPI/Circulars and ensure that the bank’s records are safely stored.

  • Conduct regular morning briefing on customer service/operational issues/disseminate timely information, etc.
  • Train, guide and advise all subordinates as deemed necessary.
  • Assume additional duties and responsibilities as directed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Qualification in Marketing, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proven track record in delivering high quality results in short time frames
  • Proven and strong financial sales and business development experience plus strong and solid negotiation skills
  • Superior communication, interpersonal land leadership skill with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in branch banking operation management and credit supervision
  • Have a sound understanding of the industry and market trends/development.
