Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular checks on branch system, IT policy, anti-virus is functioning, license is still valid etc.
  • Ensure banking software efficient to support branch operations effectively
  • Assist to update IT, BCP, DRP, ERP & ATM Manuals
  • Keep abreast on the latest update on Bank's IT Policy etc.
  • Counter check all transactions regularly by referring to the Internal Control Questionnaires (ICQ) and previous audit issues so that there is no repeated shortcoming
  • Support¬† in implementing all projects within the financial year
  • Ensure that all returns are submitted timely to the respective units
  • Assume additional duties and responsibilities as directed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of at least a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (IT) or in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT related fields. Fresh graduate with strong knowledge and interest in IT and support services are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in English, both writing and speaking and in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. power point, excel).
