The position Products and Services Manager will require the individual who is selected to firstly plan, strategies, evaluate, manage, and control research to develop and/or enhance consumer finance products, services, and processes. In addition, he/she who is appointed for this position will also need to plan and deliver products and services training to sales teams and business support group to ensure that everyone related are aligned in achieving the department's and Bank's target. Besides, the position will also require the individual to manage, direct and deliver new and enhanced consumer finance products, services and processes within the scheduled timeline while at same time establish good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and information on consumer finance products to ensure that we will stay competitive in the market.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Qualification in Marketing/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • High level of English proficiency in both writing and speaking skill.
  • Proficiency in other languages like Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in consumer banking. Sales experience in consumer banking products is an advantage.
  • Experience in developing and enhancing consumer banking products and services.
  • Broad understanding of the dynamics of the consumer banking sector.
