As a Sales Management Senior Executive, the key role is to assist the Head of Sales Strategy and Management in executing the Sales Management agenda by developing robust sales and branch performance tracker, branch classification, pipeline management tool, branch P&L, customer database, incentive program, market analysis and others. Moreover, the prospective jobholder is required to consolidate and coordinate the various sales activities and ensure it is in alignment with the current business directions / goals that have been approved and set by CFS and Channel Management. The Sales Management Senior Executive is also accountable for developing robust sales management tool and data mining, tools to measure productivity of the sales and branch team, Customer Relationship Database, and coordinate training plan and schedule, closely liaise with HR to ensure proper communication on training details and smooth implementation as well as ensure timely and accurate reporting for all sales channels.

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education is preferred
  • At least 3 years in business performance, data analysis and banking operations sales management experience
  • Possess good leadership qualities, aggressive, self motivated and results oriented
  • Have strong technical skills, analytical skills and sound knowledge of banking and in-depth experience in his / her functional area
  • Able to influence peers and superiors and must be highly ethical
  • Able to think creatively and strategically, result oriented and display consistent performance
  • Demonstrates a strong / high interpersonal emotional skills and able to interact with people at all level
