The prospective jobholder is mainly accountable for supporting the Head of Sales Strategy and Management to develop sales/marketing strategy to drive sales of all channels, implement and drive marketing campaign. The Senior Executive is also responsible for liaising with product owner/product team on sales workflow, proposing initiatives and projects throughout every phase sales cycle in meeting overall business direction and timely and effective execution, monitoring the implementation of sales initiatives/marketing campaign, reviewing and facilitating sales training requirement for Branches and sales family to ensure updated and quality delivery, and ensuring marketing/merchandising materials at the branch are up to date and displayed according to branding guideline.

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education is preferred
  • At least 3 years in sales, strategy development and training of banking operations
  • Possess good leadership qualities, aggressive, self motivated and results oriented
  • Have strong technical skills, analytical skills and sound knowledge of banking and in-depth experience in his / her functional area
  • Able to influence peers and superiors and must be highly ethical
  • Able to think creatively and strategically, result oriented and display consistent performance
  • Demonstrates a strong / high interpersonal emotional skills and able to interact with people at all level
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Strong analytical and implementation skills, demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and drive change across a complex organization and multiple stakeholders
