HEAD, CORPORATE & LEGAL SERVICES
As the Head of Corporate & Legal Services, you are required to lead Maybank Cambodia’s corporate secretarial as well as legal strategy and framework to support Maybank Cambodia’s vision, mission and strategic objectives. You are required to provide advice and ensure compliance with the relevant regulations by directors and the organization and ensure high standards of corporate governance are practiced in the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Law
  • Superior communication, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, written, verbal and analytical skills.
  • Experience in legal advisory, corporate secretarial, handling matters relating to corporate, business and banking laws as well as regulatory and governmental relations
  • Sound knowledge of and great sensitivity to business and social issues
